I'm Florin, and I love building stuff and helping others do the same.
I started as a developer back in 2013, but in 2019 I decided to go on my own. That's how I became an indie hacker - someone who builds and runs their own products.
Right now, I'm on a mission to hit $1,000,000 in revenue while sharing everything about my journey - the wins, the fails, and all the lessons learned along the way.
My biggest win so far? Building, growing and selling iCodeThis , my first SaaS to Boot.dev .
How I Got Here
It all started with a crazy challenge: building 100 projects in 100 days. That's when I realized I could actually build things people wanted.
I've been sharing everything along the way - from selling my first SaaS for $50,000 to my monthly income reports. You can find me on YouTube and X (Twitter) where I talk about what works (and what doesn't) in building products.
The biggest lesson I've learned? Just start. Don't wait for the perfect moment or the perfect idea. Build something, put it out there, and learn from it.
